ATTENTION: In case of cash on delivery, the courier will only accept cash and for amounts not exceeding €280.00.
Any invoices must be explicitly requested and will be sent via SDI or certified email.

Important: For payments via bank transfer, GRILL BRAZILL ships products only after payment has been received. To reserve the goods, you can send a copy of the payment receipt to COMMERCIALE@GRILLBRAZILL.IT .
Payments with HeyLight result in orders being shipped only after payment confirmation, which generally occurs within 1-2 business days.
With PayPal you can also purchase using your credit card (Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard) or a prepaid card (Postepay, Kalibra, etc.).
Shipping and deliveries
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the package. Shipping costs will be listed in your cart when you place your order.
Shipping
Shipping will be via one of our regular couriers. The exact price will be quoted during checkout after you provide your shipping information.
Delivery of products
www.grillbrazill.it delivers its products through the companies it represents in Italy and in all European Union countries, in the latter case upon specific request by email.
Delivery times and methods
Shipping is guaranteed within two business days of ordering, but www.grillbrazill.it reserves 1 to 7 business days for procurement, packaging, and administrative processing. The courier's delivery time is added to this day.
However, we reserve the right not to process the order if the products on the site are no longer available from the normal and usual suppliers and in this case we will refund the amount paid for the failure to process the order.
If the product delivery time exceeds 7 days, www.grillbrazill.it will notify the buyer of the estimated shipping date and the buyer can decide whether or not to accept the latter by continuing or canceling the order.
For all products or product packages where availability or delivery times are not indicated, www.grillbrazill.it will contact the customer directly if the waiting time for the supply of the goods exceeds 7 working days.
Product packages, being a set of items, may be incomplete due to the lack of one or more items. In this case, www.grillbrazill.it will contact the customer directly to communicate the correct delivery time.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR RECEIVING DELIVERY BY EXPRESS COURIER
FROM THE MOMENT WE ENTRUST THE MATERIAL TO THE COURIER, THE COURIER BECOMES SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS INTEGRITY AND FOR COMPLIANCE WITH DELIVERY TIMES.
Items are carefully checked by our staff before being packaged and handed over to the courier, so we can always be sure of their integrity until they leave our warehouses.
TO ENSURE THAT THEIR WORK IS PROTECTED AND IN CASE OF ERRORS WE CAN TAKE ACTION AGAINST THOSE WHO DAMAGED YOUR PURCHASES, WE NEED YOUR COLLABORATION
- If the package appears intact in the outer packaging, always write "Accepted subject to inspection for any hidden damage" on the receipt you sign for the courier. Otherwise, if you sign on the electronic terminal, which offers little space for writing, you should write "Subject to hidden damage" and then sign.
- If the package shows visible defects in the external packaging, you must refuse delivery and justify your refusal by marking the delivery slip with the words "visually damaged package" or "open package" or "damaged package... wet... holed... etc."
All information must be handwritten before signing; do not accept generic reservations promised by the courier.
Any complaints must be raised immediately with the carrier. In the absence of these, the product is considered to have been delivered correctly.
The invoice or receipt, located in the designated pocket on the outside of the package, should be retained. All goods are tracked, and a tracking number can be requested to track your shipment.
Stock, new shipments and returns.
In the event of failure to collect or deliver the shipment, the courier will make another delivery attempt.
If the package has not yet been collected, it will automatically be placed in storage at a cost of €10 + VAT. Should this occur, Grill Brazill staff will contact the customer to handle the matter.
For the next 3 business days, you can collect your package yourself at no additional cost. From the 4th to the 30th day, an additional €2 + VAT will be charged for each day of storage.
After this period, the package will be returned to the sender, at a cost of an additional €5 + VAT.
At this point the order will be irrevocably cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded, minus any storage and handling costs as indicated above.
